Follies by Tony larson
The term ‘follies’ derives from the French word “folie”, meaning “foolish”. Loosely speaking, it can be used to describe something that has little or no function, and which pretends to be something that it is not. Follies add visual interest to otherwise mundane surroundings, to catch the eye of a viewer. To me, it’s a substitute for the word “art”. - Tony Larson
