“Most of the time when people get scared they tend to run and hide. Luckily a bunch of close friends and I had a place to run to and play skateboarding without being scared. No worries of having to post something, being around a bunch of hawks and trees, and mixing a bunch of rocks and water together. The sense of being a kid feels really alive and well. We played some music, filmed some tricks, and sat behind a computer to put it all together. That place was off the grid for a while but it turned out to be a great spot to play hide and seek at. Now it’s on the grid at Lakai.com. Raise the volume and lower the expectations.” – Vincent Alvarez
Capps came through with a killer part to celebrate the release of his new Lakai colorway, in association with his hometown shop Prestige Skateboards.
Manchild and Tony Hawk spend the day in meetings, skating downtown and searching for Animal Chin.
The Lakai crew spent a weekend in San Francisco trying out the new Lakai Cambridge, inspired by Jovantae Turner.

To celebrate the release, Sebo and the Lakai team laced up the latest Griffin colorway and hit Stoner Plaza.
With the video deadline approaching the Lakai squad made a quick pit stop at the Chino park for a lil sesh.

Raven and Cody embarked on a month long Euro blitzkrieg this Summer hitting every type of terrain in their path.
