A: I rooted for the Giants, but blacked out overseas. I do have a special place in my heart for the Indians though. I lived in Cleveland until I was 12 and my father still lives there. I know nothing about the Indians team and I really just like the logo to be honest. Brings back some memories. I would have went to the games but I’m currently in Amsterdam ruling at life for the next three weeks. Killing it is super time consuming. Thanks for the question! Our good friends at DQM will be hosting a demo/signing on Friday, July 1st. 3. I have a box of super pretzels in my freezer and that’s my favorite meal. Super pretzel and bionic cheese dip aka. nacho cheese dip. Me and my son call it “Man Cheese”
4. Megan and her discouraging texts. This is actually a driving force towards my motivation. You will all be surprised come weigh in
5. Lastly, my will. Sometimes I just don’t care about losing weight as I think I’m cute so, the committee in my head can tend to get in my way, but I will be the victor!

The Gav’s Top 5 weight loss strategies:
1. The Sauna Suit. This is concerning to some and is a high-risk maneuver. You might remember Martin Lawrence almost dying in one of these, but if you need immediate results put this on
2. Counting calories. Normally my daily consumption would be around 2500-3000 calories a day. The new Gav is consuming about, mmmm 1800
3. No more ice cream or snacks in bed before I go to sleep. I cut out all root beer floats, Snicker blizzards and Cheetos before bed. Less crumbs, less fat
4. The Elliptical machine in my bedroom that faces my TV. I watch The Food Network and climb superficial steps for 30 mins a night with the Sauna Suit on
5. My secret weapon, the colonic. I plan to get my ass snaked and clear out my miracle mile with some warm water by Dr. Brown. I’ve seen her before and your guaranteed to loose at least 7lbs. Models do this before a fitting or a show
